At Scanxo Car Care, we respect your privacy and give you complete control over your account. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Scanxo Car Care App.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account (if available).
3. Or send an email to support@yourdomain.com using your registered mobile number.

What Will Be Deleted?

• Your Profile Information
• Saved Vehicles
• Saved Addresses
• Booking History (where legally allowed)
• Wishlist
• Notification Preferences

Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, process refunds, and maintain financial records.

• Payment Records
• Invoices
• Tax Information
• Legal Compliance Records

Retention Period

Eligible account data is permanently deleted within 30 days after verification. Some legal records may be retained as required by applicable law.
